Brittany Ferries have announced they are building a new LNG fuelled ship, which will enter into service in 2019. She will be known as "Honfleur" named after the picturesque harbour town near to Caen.
The article they have written for press release mentions the twinning of the cities of Caen and Portsmouth and how this new ship will enter alongside the "Mont St Michel" on the Portsmouth-Caen-Ouistreham route.
