Our French friends in Caen are holding a retrofestival of classic cars in July of this year. (Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd July, 2017)
The equivalent of our committee in Caen has invited us to ask any local to Portsmouth car enthusiasts if they would like to participate or just attend.
The exhibition will take place in the horse racecourse in Caen. They are expecting to have at least 600 collectible cars and motorcycles and at least 20, 000 visitors.
There will be get-togethers for collector clubs, auctions, a chance to go on a tour of Caen in some of the period vehicles. among other events organised.
Subscription prices for 1 person per car up to April 14th 2017 are:
€0 for the first person and 10 per supplementary person.
From April 15th it will be €20 per car with 2 people. (Many things are included for the subscription price)
